Real strength comes when you stop having to be strong
From success to meaning
From a young age, I was fascinated by what makes people happy or unhappy — healthy or unwell, what moves us, connects us, and sometimes breaks us. That curiosity led me on a deeper search for meaning. There was a time when I was a top salesperson. I knew the numbers, the targets, the techniques — and I was good at it.
But something started to feel wrong.
My bank account and my mind achieved success, but my heart remained empty. After a burnout, I traveled extensively and discovered that true wealth isn’t just about money. Eventually, I stepped out of the old system. From financial services to financial guidance.
In the meantime, within a span of one and a half years time, I became a mother of three daughters, which stirred a lot in me and taught me some of life’s deepest lessons. I worked as an independent administrator, financial coach, and debt counselor, and realized that real change only occurs when someone truly feels seen and heard.
Gradually, I understood:
The financial problems people struggle with are rarely the real issue. Behind money stress lie fear, shame, guilt, and unfulfilled expectations – parts of life that don’t fit into a spreadsheet.
From survival to life
To guide my clients more deeply, I studied applied psychology, mental coaching, stress counseling, and energetic therapy. I learned not only to understand these insights, but to truly embody them. Behind numbers and files, I began to see the human being — their story, their pain, their longing.
After a car accident, everything shifted. I was invited to put the knowledge and insights I had gathered over the years into practice — in myself. I learned that true growth happens when we dare to pause, when we look openly at ourselves
and take responsibility for our life, our health, and our emotional world.
Today, I guide people to reconnect — with themselves, their bodies, and with life itself. Not by convincing, but by listening to what is said between the lines. Not by living faster, but by living more consciously. By connecting the visible with the invisible.
I no longer believe in working harder or selling better. I believe in awareness, simplicity, and genuine connection. Not only from the books, although I continue to develop myself, but from experience aswell. Its an ongoing proces. I know what it feels like to feel stuck — and how liberating it is to finally truly listen to yourself.
Deep feeling is my nature and my compass
