• I shouldn’t complain.
But what if your fatigue is not a lack of energy… but a lack of connection? Chronic fatigue can arise from:
• prolonged overload
• living from adaptation instead of authenticity
• a lack of meaning and purpose
• suppressing emotions
• constantly being “on” for others
When you live beyond your boundaries for a long time, not only does your body become exhausted — your nervous system and your energy field also fall out of balance. Sometimes fatigue is not a sign that you need to do more, but that you need to live differently. That you are being invited to reconnect with your core. With what truly nourishes you.
