1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Jelion Welzijn (“the Practice”) and the client/participant, including NEI therapy, coaching, transformation programs, aftercare, and other personal development services.
1.2 By participating or entering into an agreement, the client accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Services and Programs
2.1 Jelion Welzijn provides coaching, NEI therapy, transformation programs, and aftercare to support personal development, awareness, and professional leadership.
2.2 The Practice does not guarantee healing or specific results, unless explicitly agreed in writing (for example, for the 12-month transformation program with free aftercare).
2.3 All advice, exercises, and sessions are supportive in nature; clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
3. Liability
3.1 Jelion Welzijn is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in sessions or following advice.
3.2 Clients participate at their own risk.
3.3 The Practice is not responsible for consequences arising from personal decisions, medical issues, or professional choices.
3.4 NEI therapy, transformation programs, and coaching do not replace medical or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or psychological concerns.
4. Intake, Sessions, and Aftercare
4.1 An intake session is conducted before starting programs.
4.2 Sessions are provided according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4.3 For the 12-month Transformation Program, a guarantee is offered in the form of free aftercare: clients can receive additional support after completion to integrate insights and changes.
5. Cancellation and No-Show
5.1 Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in full session fees being charged.
5.3 Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the trajectory, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made in advance or according to the agreed schedule.
6.2 Access to sessions may be suspended until payment is received.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
7.1 All client data is treated confidentially and handled according to GDPR.
7.2 Data will not be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 In cases of force majeure (illness, technical issues, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.), Jelion Welzijn reserves the right to reschedule sessions, continue online, or adjust the program.
8.2 The Practice is not liable for any damage or missed results under such circumstances.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 Dutch law applies to this agreement.
9.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Jelion Welzijn.
